從餐廳慢慢地晃回皇居前，
除夕，是「光都東京・LIGHTOPIA」活動的最後一天了，
打上五彩燈光的樹，和它們在護城河水面的的倒影都好美~
在這邊嘗試著多秒數曝光的夜景拍法，
等著快門關閉的時間超冷 > <
再來繞到一個轉角之隔的［和田倉噴水公園］，
是可以拍白光水舞的地方。

MS: New P-TMSI & RAI is valid upon receipt; old P-TMSI & RAI are invalid.
NW: Old P-TMSI & RAI become invalid when acknowledge message is received.
[GSM]
MS/NW: Old and new P-TMSI & RAI are valid at first
Why MS keeps old → To react to (1) paging request (2) DL LLC (Logic Link Control) frames
When MS/NW can regard old as invalid → Receives LLC frame with the local TLLI (Temporary Logical Link Identifier) derived from the new P-TMSI
